Where to go: On Final Expo you should enter through the front gate off of Electronics Parkway and buzz the guard with the phone to enter the campus. Then proceed to the Event Parking Lot marked by the path on the map to meet your project advisors. See the attached map above.
What to expect: All nights and Explorer Post programs will be gathering on Final Expo Night to showcase all of the work the Explorers have done this year! In our usual meeting location, we will have work from all weeks and programs of this years sessions for the Explorers to show the guests the work they have done! Admission is open to anyone who would like to attend, and light refreshments will be provided. Explorers will also be able to pick up their certificates for completing the Explorer Post program!
Some reminders for the Final Expo Night:
- Bring a photo ID with you – such as a student ID or driver’s license.
- Arrive no later than 7:00pm at the Conference Room (Marked as “EP6 Conference Center” on the map)
- Please do not take photos on site. Professional staff will be present occasionally for event photos, but taking photos on personal devices is not allowed.
