Our first night information session will be held on Tuesday February 10th from 7:00-7:45 PM, as well as 8:00-8:45 PM on the Lockheed Syracuse Campus.

Where to go: On that first night you should enter through the front gate off of Electronics Parkway and buzz the guard with the phone to enter the campus. Then proceed to the Event Parking Lot marked by the path on the map to meet your project advisors. See the attached map above.
Some reminders for the first project meeting:
- Bring a photo ID with you – such as a student ID or driver’s license.
- Arrive no later than 7:00pm (session 1) or 8:00pm (session 2) at the Conference Room (Marked as “EP6 Conference Center” on the map)
- Please do not take photos on site. Professional staff will be present occasionally for event photos, but taking photos on personal devices is not allowed.
- If you know you want to register for the post or think you might, please bring your registration form with you to the first night to sign up!
